All agreements are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under AAA rules unless otherwise specified by contract.

Our assessment collects: name, email, company or project name, phone number (optional), your responses, and technical information such as IP address, browser, and timestamp. This information is used only to respond to your submission. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking.
